On one of the last hikes I was fortunate enough to take with my mother before she passed away, we went to Shrine Pass. At the top we came across an overlook that allowed us to stare right across to Mt. Holy Cross with the pass filled with vibrant Colorado wildflowers.

It will always be a special memory that I will be grateful to have experienced.
