In the town of Grand Lake, Colorado, I came across this part of the forest in the autumn months. Now lost, as it has been taken by a wildfire, It was so inviting. With a path into an area with colorful trees seemingly dancing to the sounds of the raindrops landing on their golden leafs. The smell of the subtle moisture interacting with the sweet scent of the tall grass will not be something I’ll soon forget.
